We have been developing plasma torch electrodes and nozzles and the newest design can reach very long service life.
Back-casting Technology Achieves Perfect Bonding
We use back casting technology to combine tungsten and copper. This technology can ensure non-defect bonding between these two materials with best thermal conductivity and optium heat resistance.
We can offer standard parts and also parts based on drawings
We produce F4 plasma spray electrodes. But if you need other types like 9MB, SG-100, 2MB, 3MB, you can feel free to contact us.
We can sell electrodes and nozzles separately and we can also sell them in sets. Our parts are standard parts. Whether you have parts from metco, praxiair or FST, you can have our parts assembled without any problem.
If you just want your own design, we are also happy to supply tungsten-copper semi-finished products.
