Back-casting Technology Achieves Perfect Bonding
There are two methods to connect tungsten and copper together. One is brazing, the other is back casting.
Brazing is much cheaper but has a poor performance.
We recommend you to choose the parts made from back casting technology. This technology can ensure non-defect bonding between these two materials with best thermal conductivity and optium heat resistance.
We can offer standard parts and also parts based on drawings
Now in the market, there are several models. We can produce all types including F4, F1, 9MB, SG-100, 2MB, 3MB.
We can sell electrodes and nozzles separately and we can also sell them in sets. Our parts are standard parts. Whether you have parts from metco, praxiair or FST, you can have our parts assembled without any problem.
If you just want your own design, we are also happy to supply tungsten-copper semi-finished products.
